Dragon Legends Around the World

Did you know that in Eastern cultures (like Asian and Eurasian cultures), dragons are portrayed as creatures of good fortune? It's true; however, in Western cultures (European cultures), dragons are viewed as creatures of evil. There are many stories in Western cultures of mighty heroes who slay dragons. I personally love the way that Asian and Eurasian cultures view dragons, because they portray dragons as creatures that do good to the world, and not creatures of evil like the way the Western world views them.
